Harlequin Dutch from United Kingdom
History of the Harlequin Dutch
An old variety
In 1887 a mismarked pair of Harlequin Dutch in Paris, France were used to establish the Harlequin breed as we know it today. The Dutch marking genes are very strong and still pop out. Harlequins are disqualified for showing any Dutch like marking pattern.
